Alright! i recognize those two. [Haven't seen Perry in a long while.]
You can edit the TEMPLATE For Your Blog from the DashBoard Tab. Best to keep links and stuff in a separate file and paste them in With a HTML editor like Dreamweaver or NVU. Actually where the links say EDITME, or below the archive section are good places. You will notice that there is special BLOGGERCODE which represents your content, profile and comments etc. Images have to be hosted externally which is what Hello/Picassa does for you.
Hello also forces you to Enter text for Each post because it is based around an Instant Messaging kind of model. You should be able to send Images directly to TygerBill on Hello, and I will recieve them if I'm online.
